Key Responsibilities:
- Client Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for large client tax assignments, providing strategic planning, analysis, and recommendations to drive revenue growth.
- Engagement Management: Oversee multiple tax engagements, including scheduling, staffing, and coordinating workflow to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, handle client billing, and ensure timely cash collections to drive profitability.
- Expert Representation: Represent clients before federal and state tax authorities, handling IRS matters with expertise.
- Team Development: Provide high-level technical guidance, lead meetings and presentations, and support the professional growth of team members through training, coaching and performance management.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute a marketing plan to build and expand your own book of business. Cross-sell services and identify new projects from existing clients.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and engagement to ensure high retention and successful outcomes.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university and/or
- equivalent years of experience.
- CPA license required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in tax compliance. Industry specific knowledge required.
- Must possess a valid state drivers’ license
