The Technical Account Manager will create and maintain the relationship between TriForza and our customers to ensure the highest levels of success and value are achieved by both organizations. You’ll be an advocate for your client to ensure their voice is included in new feature development, ensure they are realizing value from our products, and maintain a positive relationship with the customer's leadership team.

The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $109,200.00 – $155,400.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $89,700.00 – $127,650.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington, Arcora Foundation, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

- Establish and grow business and technical relationships while handling the day-to-day partner interactions to lead all aspects of cyclical performance and service level reviews, delivery tracking of new features, and development of new opportunities for your clients.
- Understand the technical requirements of each partner and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of partner product offerings.
- Develop and implement a strategic partner development plan to attract and retain customers, including the creation of detailed account plans to track partner progress and achievement to goals.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with potential clients through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Work internally to define and implement joint technology, marketing, and sales initiatives to help to deliver the overall go-to-market strategy.
- Create and implement the team's business plan with key internal partners to build & articulate value propositions around TriForza’s product offerings.
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks, providing recommendations for risk management and contingency planning.
- Closely monitor partner pipeline, performance metrics, solution features, customer adoption, and feedback to identify areas for improvement to improve our partner experience.
- Analyze technical integrations and invoice data and be able to effectively communicate issues and resolution paths.
Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
- 8+ years of experience in partnership management or business development software, cloud, or SaaS markets
- 10+ years of experience in project management and delivery and/or program-management
- Experience engaging, influencing, and selling to senior leaders.
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and driving business agreements experience.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience with technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience with product methodology and LEAN methods including Agile development and continuous process improvement, preferred.
