What You'll Do:
- Design, configure, and document SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management functionality based on business objectives, including deliverables from discovery to deployment phases.
- Participate in design workshops representing processes/sub-processes and define the overall process design and technical requirements.
- Review and develop all deliverables throughout the project using Agile process to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirements traceability. Identify and resolve design issues, participate and provide feedback for design reviews.
- Work with client and project team to ensure components work together to satisfy the objectives as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements.
- Provide technical requirements to the development team and oversee the accuracy of the solution development based on the business requirements.
- Conduct working sessions with Subject Matter Experts to identify the required capabilities and impacts to configuration and integration.
- Define and design system configuration, enhancements, and modifications while following design standards and procedures.
- Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results.
- Work in multi-discipline teams to define and design complex processes and procedures for the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP and related application systems.
- Support enhancement requests and resolve reported incidents within defined service level agreements.
- Provide support of continuous DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline releases and participate in all the Agile ceremonies.
- Develop all deliverables throughout the project to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirements traceability.
- Prepare progress reports for the internal leadership and for client and monitor project progress.
- Mitigate risks, address issues, interface with client, and keep the leadership informed on project status.
- Develop basis of estimates and program schedule for multiple solution alternatives.
- Author white papers, root cause analysis, and other solution-related documentation as needed.
- Provide support to the management and perform duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship).
- Possess active DoD SECRET security clearance or candidate must be clearable.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in ERP SAP implementation.
- 7+ years in SAP experience in TM, EWM, SD, and MM (PR, PO, Invoice, Receipts, Vendor Master).
- Experience in agile development implementation.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Preference given to candidates with current or recent federal or DoD experience.
- Experience in SAFe and/or DevSecOps agile development implementation.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $151,425.00 - $212,886.00.
