The Director, Public Sector Channel Program will be responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of the partnership investment Pluralsight is making in the Public sector business. This person will lead our Global Public sector channel program development and execution. This person will also be the lead contact for our existing public sector partnerships and building new Partnerships with key channel players in the Federal and SLED ecosystem.

What you'll do:
- Day-to-day responsibility for the execution of all aspects of the program; where to prioritize, what's working/not
- Build and lead the field enablement process during the program delivery phase; earn the trust and confidence of Public Sector sales teams
- Anticipate and resolve issues and challenges that could derail or delay program delivery
- Negotiate outcomes that mutually benefit both Pluralsight and our Public Sector partner
- Own forecasting responsibility to the business for Public Sector channel sales and communicate key revenue goals and progress.

- Able to see the big picture and break complicated workflows into manageable pieces
- An efficient and effective communicator
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and minimum 12+ years of related experience; or Masters Degree and 8+ years.
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.
