The Markets Financial Planning & Analysis team supports Market Unit Heads in locations globally to understand and improve their business. We are a collection of seasoned professionals and fresh talents working together to provide actionable insights that improve the performance of our business. We not only consider the intricacies of the financial information we own, but also advise on and form strategies that anticipate market movements.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a high appetite for learning new things, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will bring not just your academic achievements, but also a mindset geared towards innovation and collaborative excellence.
Skills
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with advanced Microsoft Office functions, business intelligence tools and a basic understanding of reinsurance or insurance industry dynamics are desirable
For Armonk, the base salary for this role is $70,000. Candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for a higher base compensation. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only, and does not include short-and long-term incentives or other benefits offered.
