This position will be responsible for the integrated plan to manage relations and source net new sales opportunities with Selection Consultants & Advisory Firms in North America. The key goals of the role will be to support Infor’s sales targets and business growth in the region by building greater awareness of Infor amongst consultancies & advisories, getting us invited to participate in cloud ERP solution selections, and influencing sales cycles to convert sales opportunities into wins. The role will engage with advisory and consultancy firms as well as the Infor executive leadership, sales, ecosystem, product and marketing teams to source new project opportunities from advisory and consultancy firms, and ensure deal closure.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Drive strategic planning of engagement with Selection Consultants & Advisory Firms in partnership with regional sales, ecosystem, product management and marketing teams regarding go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and map out the advisory and selection consultancy ecosystem in North America and evangelize Infor's brand, complete suite of applications, unique value proposition and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute a North America plan to engage with advisories and consultancies at scale (awareness, competitive intelligence, product roadmap and demos, newsletters and self-service content) to acquire new sales opportunities and close them.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in managing relations, building and executing engagement plans with software or business applications advisories and selection consultants in a sales, presales or alliances role.
- Experience in sourcing new sales opportunities and closing deals with Selection Consultants and Advisory Firms.
- Experience with execution of marketing programs reaching advisories and consultancies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating campaigns and content to build corporate, competitive and product awareness.
- Experience influencing and building relationships internally and externally at an executive level is a plus.
