Position Summary: As Senior Vice President of Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind Vestian's revenue growth and market expansion. Reporting directly to the Chairman & CEO, you'll shape our sales strategies and cultivate high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business acquisition efforts, identifying and securing high-value opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Represent Vestian at industry events and speaking engagements.
- Lead and motivate the business development team, aligning efforts with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Vestian's end-to-end solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and leverage market intelligence to inform business strategies.
- Flexibility to attend industry events and client meetings outside regular business hours.
- Leverage industry connections and network to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the CRE industry.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and winning new business.
- Extensive network of industry contacts and demonstrated ability to build high-level relationships.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience working as part of a larger team focused on client acquisition.
- While CRE experience is preferred, candidates with backgrounds in related fields are encouraged to apply.
