Here's what you'd do:
- Material Analyst Assistant responsibilities include creating and tracking manufacturer orders based on material planner/analyst's requests.
- Position works with the warehouse team to prioritize and complete the escalated customer backorders.
- Responsibilities include reviewing and resolving invoice discrepancies before payment is scheduled.
- Create manufacturer orders and transfer tickets for each manufacturing operation needed to produce the product.
- Meet with Production Control to determine manufacturing operations' proper sequencing/priority.
- Review and validate invoices from vendors before bringing them to the Finance department.
- Work with the Buying team to resolve discrepancies on PO/SO/Invoices.
- Builds and maintains a positive work environment supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.
- Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture.
- Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
- Other Duties not listed may be assigned.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, SIOP, sourcing, and material management.
- Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end supply chain experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).

- Ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data.
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal customers.
- Willing to take direction and work independently.
- Must succeed in delivering, supplying, and materials management solutions with demonstrated results.

- The ability to organize and categorize work priorities to complete work.
- Critical analysis and complex problem-solving skills are needed.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

- Able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment.
- The office and outside environmental conditions in the warehouse are hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
- Individuals may need to walk extensively while working and walking in the facilities, reach high heights, bend or stoop below the waist, and perform repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movements.
- Employee must be able to lift objects approximately up to 25 pounds.
