US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) has several outpatient surgery centers in Florida starting in the panhandle down to Miami. Longleaf Surgery Center is a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) conveniently located in Trinity. Current specialties include foot and ankle surgery, shoulder surgery, knee surgery, spine surgery, hand surgery, and pain management.
Melbourne Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center, where surgeons perform a broad range of outpatient surgical procedures. This warm, comfortable, outpatient setting enables you to return home on the same day to recuperate in familiar surroundings.

Qualifications
- All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
- Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
