Position Overview:
This is a Senior PM growth role responsible for driving growth across the entire company. You are a PM who is fluent in all things acquisition. You are customer-obsessed, turning insights into ideas, testing and learning, and scaling ideas across the business units. You will be a best-in-class collaborator with marketing partners to drive efficiency and maximize growth across a variety of channels. You are hungry and relentless, looking to drive impact with effective content, UX, and smart targeting.
Responsibilities:
- Own planning and end-to-end execution of the growth product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional counterparts in Engineering, Data Science, Design, marketing, and domain teams. You’ll define the roadmap and inspire the team to execute.
- Be accountable for our homepage and other critical web pages as well as key features like global navigation that span across several business lines. You will utilize best practices to link customers to the right product to solve their needs and think critically about our team needs.
- Be an amazing thought starter and partner to paid search, SEO, and social marketing teams to push our strategies and velocity.
- Be intimately connected with, and a champion for, our customers.
- Possess a learn fast, fail fast mindset – identify, then focus on the key opportunities. You’ll understand risk, and recognize when to ship fast and iterate from there.
- Leverage data and insights to drive quality customer experiences while balancing real business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of product management experience at a tech company, ideally in growth roles for subscription products at small business or consumer companies.
- Meaningfully grown a product in a thoughtful, strategic way.
- A passion for growing businesses, understanding customer funnels, building delightful customer experiences, and solving problems quickly.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret the data in-context. You make the recommendation and you act on it, with proven experience utilizing metrics & insights as tools for informed decision-making.
- The ability to leverage strong problem-solving and analytical skills to transform challenging user experience, business, and technology problems into actionable paths.
- Outstanding storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style as you work with others up, down, and alongside you in the organization.
Compensation:
LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is ($108,000-$216,000). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus, and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. You will also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits as seen below.
