The incoming Senior Director will report to our Head of Mobile Growth. We are considering candidates that align with our hybrid working model at this time.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of our strategy by establishing operating plans to support our organizational goals
- Navigate and manage complex organizational partnerships, engaging with the senior leadership team to foster collaboration and achieve our strategic goals
- Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of operational plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Leverage financial statements to understand the impact of Growth’s contributions, and to help prioritize where that impact should be focused in the future
- Identify cost-savings opportunities related to Growth Marketing’s pipelines and activities (examples: workforce location, partner expansion, etc.)
- Analyze our organizational effectiveness and improve as necessary
- Manage a team of Operations professionals, and demonstrate a passion for employee mentorship and development, promoting a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and learning
- Partner with diverse and independent organizations as a means to help support shared desired outcomes
- Help define the Growth Engagement Framework, and its ongoing governance
- Evaluate the credibility of operational plans & budgets while flagging risks
Qualifications
- You will have 10+ years of operational leadership experience involving teams and budgets of significant size
- You will have 8+ years of mobile game development, from incubation through live service operation, acquired through hands-on experience
- You will have experience directly shaping the organizational structure of a large-scale enterprise
- You will have successfully managed and coordinated multiple internal and external teams and partners to achieve a unified goal and outcome
- You will have experience with F2P Live Services and an understanding of the unique dynamics of Live Service Marketing
- You will have 5+ years of experience using financial statements to evaluate organizational performance, contracts, and agreements
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. Base Salary Ranges
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $202,700 - $308,800 USD Annually
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $191,100 - $281,600 USD Annually
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): $179,900 - $249,800 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
