Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food Service for Sharp Coronado Hospital in Coronado, CA. Sodexo is seeking a dynamic leader to join the team at Sharp Coronado Hospital, a 181 licensed bed facility including 59 acute care beds and 122 long term care. The position will oversee all aspects of the food service operation, including patient dining, retail, doctor's lounge, and catering. Experience with Press Ganey and Planetree is a plus.

The ability to utilize tools to hardwire processes and drive results through HRO and lean processes is essential.

To meet California requirements, candidates must have the following to be considered: Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietary Manager, or have a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a similar B.S. degree desirable.
The successful candidate will:
- Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- Successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff;
- Deliver high-quality food services including retail, catering, and patient meal management operations;
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- Ensure Sodexo standards are met.
