Summary:
In this role, you will support the Vizient mission and purpose by owning and evangelizing existing and future Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes related to the field experience. You will function as the business decision maker for said processes, project manage new enhancements/capability roll-outs, identify business process improvement opportunities, enable business leaders and deliver insights via Integrated Customer Experience (ICE) reports and dashboards to drive accountability. You will work closely with business stakeholders across the enterprise to enable standard work that is both actionable and measurable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive vision for enabling the business as it relates to the development and maintenance of CRM standard work within the scope of Field Experience.
- Develop metrics and visualizations to help business owners and stakeholders understand the current state of established processes and to identify gaps and areas of opportunity.
- Coordinate with and influence business stakeholders to adhere to agreed upon processes in support of Commercial Operations' mission to drive efficiencies through technology.
- Coordinate with business leaders to enhance/improve existing processes.
- Develop, communicate, and "sell" CRM as the go-to application for inter- and cross-domain process improvement initiatives to senior level executives and the enterprise as a whole. Advocate for the use of Vizient's CRM to enhance field experience, enable innovation, and decrease siloed work.
- Act as the coordinating hub between member-facing teams and the various business units who support the sales process continuum.
- Assist the ICE VizTech, ICE Support and Field Experience Learning & Development teams with organizational coordination, communication, and education during roll outs.
- Implement and evangelize a best practices approach to CRM business process execution.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com required.
- Ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of the organization sufficient to identify business needs, diagnose gaps, and develop solutions to design strategies to meet business goals and objectives.
- Authentic communicator with the ability to make purposeful decisions, effectively influence others and drive change.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
- Exposure/hands-on experience with the business need and use of CRM technologies preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
