BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
- Create a relaxed destination - Develop, facilitate and implement restaurant/retail processes, training and safety programs in partnership with the Regional Managers; identifying strategies to improve productivity
- Set the course - Build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspect of store operations; setting the tone to consistently role model key sales and service behaviors with every team member creating an optimal guest purchase experience
- Build the perfect oasis - Cultivate a culture of selling by achieving sales plan through means of efficient planning, execution of visual merchandising philosophy, food and beverage procurement and business analysis driving profitability
- Onboard your crew - Hire and mentor the best and brightest, assisting employees with career development strategies to improve employee retention; promoting internal career growth starting with thoughtful hire and clear performance expectations
- Explore possibilities - Use entrepreneurial spirit to proactively seek out marketing opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and store exposure
- Proactive in Paradise - Cross train restaurant and retail employees on multiple job functions
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
- You have 5+ years of retail related experience
- You have 3+ years of Restaurant Manager/ Leadership experience
- You have 2+ years of hospitality related experience
- You have strong verbal and written communications skills and is able to communicate operational information - proven track record of increasing experience and responsibility
- You are comfortable using a computer, navigating Windows and Microsoft Office, Point of Sale System and Outlook Email
- College Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
Rate range: $62,806.88 - 104,678.13 USD Annual
