About the Role:
As the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will work directly with Click’s Director of Strategy to manage and execute on strategic planning, strategic execution, and strategic initiatives for the company. You will support the development of our overall company strategy and corporate objectives, update them in response to emerging information, and communicate them throughout the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role that works across all departments to integrate strategic needs, opportunities, and inputs; and ensure ongoing alignment between tactical execution and strategic goals. As part of this role, you will also manage activities that enable key strategic initiatives and support cross-functional execution. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are success-oriented, and can work independently to prioritize and achieve key goals, you may be the right candidate to join our team.
This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Strategy to drive key strategic initiatives that will advance the success of Click, its portfolio, and the digital therapeutics industry. These initiatives span all functions, with a special focus on business development, corporate development, public policy, and communications.
- Design and execute strategic assessments to inform and drive the company’s strategic focus, business objectives, and organizational priorities.
- Support resource planning and management that enables all internal activities under the direction of the Strategic Execution Team leads.
- Drive the development of market-building strategy and build collaterals to enable the Business Development, Policy, Investor Relations, and Communications teams.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to author, articulate, and drive continuous improvement of their strategy to enable Click’s progress towards its mission and vision.
- Drive operational excellence of Click’s Strategy function through annual planning and tracking of key activities.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as an individual contributor in Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Strategy, New Product Planning, Business Development, or Management Consulting with a focus on the life sciences industry or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with 2+ years as a people manager.
- Must have superb organizational and time management skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Must have an analytical mindset and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and navigate different team dynamics.
- Highly adaptable to a dynamic atmosphere of changing requirements and scope.
- Able to correspond with internal and external contacts in a professional manner.
- Superb writing, visual design, and communication skills.
- A graduate of a 4-year degree from a top-tier university with a strong academic track record.
- Ability to anticipate potential needs and challenges before they occur.
Preferred Qualification:
- Direct prior experience in the prescription digital therapeutics industry with fluency in one or more of the key domains relevant to the industry (commercial, finance, operations, etc.).
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between: $158,500 - 175,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.
