Job Description:
Join Crowe's leading Financial Services team in this newly created growth opportunity as a Tax Managing Director!
What you will do as a Tax Managing Director:
- Develop, build and maintain client relationships by understanding and identifying solutions that address client's needs
- Facilitate the implementation of consulting and compliance projects including identifying, understanding communicating and managing projects from inception to completion
- Provide technical expertise to expand the practice and develop the team
- Mentor, develop and support the growth of a team of professionals
- Serve as an engagement leader by leading and growing new and existing client engagements
- Participate in professional and networking organizations that enhance your career growth and the growth of the firm
Your experience includes:
- Bachelors degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred
- Ten (10) or more years of prior relevant tax experience, including experience within a consulting/ professional services firm serving FinTech, Banking or Capital Markets clients
- Experience leading engagements and teams
- CPA certification
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $164,436.00 to $391,909.00 per year.
