Epsilon is looking for a Director of Product Management to oversee key capabilities for our Retail Media Cleanroom and Off-Platform activation. These capabilities include a focus on Retail Media use cases, 2nd Party Data sharing & measurement, and multi-touch attribution. This is a highly visible and high impact role with critical responsibilities that will shape the future of Epsilon (and Publicis, its parent company). This is a unique role at the intersection of data and technology.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have great leadership and communication skills, a Retail Media mindset, a sense of ownership, and a solid understanding of the online advertising industry.
- Combine a unique blend of business and technical savvy, the ability to translate market requirements into a product vision, and be able to work side by side with engineering leadership to realize that vision.
- Be able to work across stakeholders to package our collection of capabilities into a cohesive product offering that delivers value for advertisers.
The role involves several responsibilities:
- Help lead and set the strategic direction, defining, and articulating new opportunities, and working in close concert with executive leadership, technology teams, and various business teams to meet specific goals.
- Create and communicate product vision and lead go-to-market initiatives for new product offerings while ensuring the positioning and packaging is in line with market requirements and growth.
- Lead internal discussions to garner consensus on development priorities, and own decisions on product positioning (what the product is and is not).
- Develop and manage a product roadmap, including the definition, prioritization, and execution of the stream of product enhancements and operational improvements designed to enhance revenue and efficiency.
- Meet with stakeholders: clients, analysts, account management, sales, and product marketing to identify market and client opportunities which warrant new product solutions.
- Develop, execute, and support pricing strategies based on product value and performance rather than time and effort.
- Build compelling market-facing collateral that differentiates Epsilon’s clean room capabilities from their competition, including case studies, product overviews and deep dives, comparative evaluations and other proof points.
- Collaborate with multiple teams (sales, marketing, engineering, analytics, platform, support) to drive product growth and adoption.
- Create user onboarding and educational processes that align with existing product support and client service workflows.
The ideal candidate will meet many of the following requirements and qualifications:
Role Requirements:
- Ability to communicate vision to senior leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Able to function in both a self-motivated and team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve market challenges.
- Experience effectively influencing stakeholders and driving resolutions.
- 10+ years of product management experience with increasing level of responsibility.
- Degree in a technical discipline or business function, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel (<15%).
Functional Qualifications:
- Experience in a product management role related to the online advertising industry.
- Deep knowledge of data-driven mar-tech, ad-tech, programmatic, and media measurement.
- Deep understanding of online and offline data collection, data onboarding and data management platforms.
- Experience in adjacent areas such as data science, machine learning, and/or statistical modeling.
