Responsibility
- Defining short and long term business growth strategy for responsible business areas together with country marketing team
- Driving for business performance and achieving annual target, incl. market share, T/O, profit, operational excellence target, strategic products /channels target
- Building up well-balanced customers/ channels to secure sustainable growth
- Acquiring and developing right customers and business partners to realize high market penetration
- Developing sales and service concepts as strong pull through more digital ways more than traditional way
- Driving digital topics and using data in daily business, e.g., driving business, sales excellences, operational excellence
- Preparing the team and cross-functions for electrification transformation in terms of market trend, customer needs, new player, new solutions, etc
- Building up a team for today’s performance and tomorrow’s growth
Key tasks:
- Customer visit and market information collection to provide reference for sales strategy build-up;
- Handle and achieve assigned sales turnover target in assigned area;
- Regular relationship management with existing customers to achieve basic turnover growth;
- Help customers to implement regional marketing activities to improve the Bosch branding and sales turnover;
- Take responsible for customers' monthly forecast and coordinate different departments in Bosch to make sure the on-time delivery of the orders from customers;
- Drive to give solutions to complaints from customers;
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-function;
- Plan, direct and monitor the sales activities of sales team within region to achieve sales target.
- Responsible for annual planning and reporting, including BP planning, cost, HC, etc.
Qualifications
- Master in engineering / business of TOP universities preferred
- Sales experiences in automotive industry or FMCG with solid business performance preferred but open for other industry background
- Strategic thinking and act by thinking ahead and taking chances.
- English as one of working language for daily communication, seminar, and presentation
- Strong people leadership
- Highly self-motivated with guts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders especially handling conflicts
- very good at working under pressure
