Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Firmware System Engineer to join their team. As a Firmware System Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Firmware System Engineer

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Flexible, Remote option available)

What's the Job?

Assist in silicon bring-up and productization.
Implement and validate PHY calibration, adaptation, and training algorithms.
Perform testing, data collection, and analysis.
Run system simulations and correlate with silicon results.
Engage in firmware coding and updates.

What's Needed?

Strong PHY experience with SerDes/DDR background.
Exceptional firmware skills, including version management and working with Git.
Strong coding skills in C and Python.
Post-silicon debug and firmware updates experience.
Bachelor's degree (BS) with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
