Role Summary:
The Sr. Systems Integrations Engineer plays a crucial role in the comprehensive design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of Workday integrations. This position collaborates extensively with HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and support Workday, Service Now integrations using tools like Studio, Connectors, PECI files.
- Ensure scheduled integrations run smoothly, proactively troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
- Analyze business requirements to create effective integration solutions and automation for modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance, Recruiting/ATS, IAM, Training, ITSM, and HR Service delivery.
- Manage data changes and operational support procedures.
- Plan, design, and implement new HR system integrations to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Data, and vendor teams for unit, system, and UAT testing, as well as troubleshooting and triage.
- Stay updated on Workday and Service Now Community trends and upcoming features, providing technical input on optional features.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support the design and maintenance of integrations.
- Provide ongoing support and collaboration with business units, including planning, validation, testing, and service updates.
- Continuously assess and improve existing integrations for performance, reducing complexity.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR process areas from an HRIS integration perspective.
- Ensure the highest levels of data integrity and privacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Workday HCM; Integrations.
- Deep working knowledge of Technical and Functional Configurations, Workday Studio, Integration design patterns and development.
- Proficiency in HCM, EIBs, Studio, and Core Connectors with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience in Workday implementation projects.
- Active participation in the Workday Community.
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Workday integrations in mid to large-sized organizations.
- Workday integration tools like Studio, Connectors, and PECI files.
Pay Disclosure:
Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $137,800 - $172,200 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
