ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a cleared Program Analyst to support our contract in Colorado Springs, CO.
The selected candidate's responsibilities will include the following:
- Support planning, development, organization, and implementation of the Command’s Counter-TCO program Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts, to include Requirements Development Process, Change Management Process, Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME) efforts, and management of internal control/self-assessment programs.
- Support management and execution of the CPI program and improvement cycle.
- Assist teams with the development, scheduling, and execution of CPI events.
- Identify and request resources such as personnel, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure the team's mission is met.
- Evaluate metrics and analysis tools to ensure the team's actions are timely and reviewed at critical points.
- Review work presented for approval by team members and make recommendations for improvement either in the work itself or the methods used to accomplish the work.
- Determine and recommend methods for improving the quality and effectiveness of the team's work.

This position is offering a pay range of $91,000.00 - $126,000.00 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. Requirements:
- This is an onsite program analyst position in Colorado Springs, CO.
- Active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of work-related experience.
- 3 years experience with project management, program management, or quality management.
- 2 years experience in continuous process improvement desired.
- Strong knowledge of government fiscal planning, programming, budgeting, and execution.
