Responsibilities
- Support work processes involving Individual Life and Annuity products by sorting and distributing a variety of important insurance product documentation
- Provide backup to team members' desks; this would include but not limited to;
- Data input of missing information
- Matching up and researching missing information
- Filing
- Assemble Client Documentation Packets related to Life Policy Administration and Annuity Services; ensuring all client specific add-ons and image pages from the software systems and paper documents are included
- Follow proper mailing instructions to ensure they are handled with care
- Utilize multiple internal systems to manage tasks which include handling and clearing outstanding requirements, adhering to and tracking mailing date and delivery date, and underwriting expiration date
- Update internal business partners on progress
