We are seeking a strategic and inspirational Senior Analyst, Compensation to join our dynamic team.
The Senior Analyst, Compensation plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization's compensation program is competitive, equitable, and aligned with its strategic objectives. Their work with HR, Finance and senior leadership directly impacts employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy
- Regularly assess and analyze compensation programs
- Conduct detailed analyses of internal and external compensation data
- Benchmark compensation practices
- Ensure accurate and equitable job classifications and salary structures via job evaluation
- Administer salary administration programs, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments
- Manage the annual compensation review process
- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters
- Develop and deliver communication materials and training programs for compensation-related topics
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation practices, including FLSA, EEO, and pay equity
- Identify and address potential compliance risks, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in compensation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights
- Proficiency in compensation benchmarking methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and influential presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive compensation analysis and administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred
- Professional certifications such as CCP
- Master's Degree in HR or related field
