In 2022, Maricopa County deployed a new HRIS system, Workday, that transformed the way HR operates! We are currently looking to add a Senior Workday Analyst to our team to help support business projects involving the development, implementation, and testing of system modifications within the Workday Recruit module. As a Senior Workday Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging communications between Workday users and technical teams and sharing your technical expertise with a customer-focused view. We Require
- Three years of experience serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams on projects specific to Workday Recruit, Core or HCM. This includes requirements gathering, communicating information to technical and non-technical users, and working cross-functionally in support of complex IT projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
Job Contributions
- Provide consultation on complex projects to HR Business Partners, build domain knowledge, gather requirements, and provide solutions and impact analysis
- Partner with various stakeholders, providing excellent customer service, to understand business requirements and develop best-in-class solutions
- Integrate research, user feedback, and team ideas to support solutions to business requirements
- Develop use cases, acceptance criteria, and test cases
- Analyze root causes of business issues and suggest appropriate solutions
- Provide mentorship to other team members with a focus on team success
- Document all new processes and configurations to ensure knowledge is shared among the team
Working Conditions
Work is generally performed in an office environment. Hybrid telework and alternate work schedules are available after an initial training period.
