Estate & Legal Advisor – Chesterfield
Seeking an experienced Estate & Legal Advisor to join our client, a dynamic company based in Chesterfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work alongside experienced tax and legal advisors, helping safeguard assets and structure wills and trusts in a tax-efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Estate projects, including drafting Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and other essential legal documents.
- Assist senior colleagues on complex Estate matters.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards, maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Prioritise workloads effectively, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior members of the team.
- Manage projects from start to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
About You:
- Proven experience working with Trusts and Estates is essential.
- STEP qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong organisational and influencing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
