Are you an experienced Estates and Legal Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity to join our client, a dynamic company based in Chesterfield? We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our clients experienced tax and legally qualified advisors in safeguarding assets for the long term and structuring wills and trusts tax efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Estate projects, assisting in the legal drafting of Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and other essential legal documentation
- Support senior colleagues on a variety of complex Estate matters
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards, maintaining high attention to detail
- Effectively prioritise workloads and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
- Lead in developing junior members of the team
- Manage projects from start to finish
About You:
- Experience working with Trusts and Estates is essential
- STEP qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational and influencing skills
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
