LCNC SOLUTIONS INTERN
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES

POSTING DETAILS:
- The ITS intern will join our team for 26 weeks, working 15-20 hours each week.
- Start date - As soon as you’re ready; we can accommodate your class schedule so that you may work during business hours.
- You will need to upload a copy of your resume, transcripts, and cover letter explaining how your skills are a good fit for this position, and must have a current GPA standing of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Compensation based on education and experience.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented and engaged intern who is working toward a degree and wants to develop beyond the classroom!

You would be a great fit if you have excelled in courses in Information Technology with software program and applications development or if you can demonstrate that you are particularly tech-savvy.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing several small Low Code No Code (LCNC) applications/solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Google App Sheets, and Smartsheets for several ADHS programs. You will directly engage in web application development tasks under the guidance of one or more of our talented web developers.
This opportunity provides hardworking interns with a desire to gain valuable work experience and skills in application design and development. The role will also provide hands-on learning opportunities directly related to their current academic studies.
You will be coached and mentored by the ITS team lead and/or others on the team by collaborating with them on group projects.
YOU WILL BRING THE FOLLOWING TO THE INTERNSHIP:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Junior/Senior undergrad majoring in BSc/BA in Computer Science or related field and desiring a paid internship experience.
- Time management, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Web application development using Low Code No Code (LCNC) development platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Google App Sheets, and Smartsheets.
- In-depth understanding of software design and programming principles.
- Ability to program in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java (J2EE), etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify potential technical challenges.
