About Elevation: Elevation Solar is partnering with Native Grid to build a team of Energy Solutions Canvassers that will sell solar projects for Elevation Solar via Native Grid.

Job Summary: As a Native Grid Energy Solutions Canvasser, you will be the face of Elevation Solar, playing a crucial role in our grassroots marketing efforts. You will engage with homeowners in various neighborhoods to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and how our products can reduce their carbon footprint while saving on energy costs.
Training & Onboarding:
- Rigorous selection process including pre-screen, group interview, and training bootcamp.
- Paid training with opportunity to earn $1k/week.
- Hit targets and earn $10k in 45 days.
- 3-day sales and customer interaction bootcamp.
- Bootcamp training followed by team assignment.
- Ideal candidates: competitive, team player, motivated, high self-confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach homeowners in assigned residential areas.
- Deliver persuasive presentations highlighting the advantages of solar energy.
- Answer any questions regarding solar technology, installation process, and financial incentives.
- Collect contact information from interested homeowners for follow-up appointments.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company’s values.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for renewable energy and environmental conservation.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
