Mobile DevOps Architect (On Site)We are seeking a Mobile DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GitHub, CI/CD, Cloud, DevOps & Mobile app development.

Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale, specifically using GitHub Actions.
Cloud and DevOps: Strong grasp of GitHub repository settings, branch protections, and PR checks to ensure proper code quality and collaboration.
Cloud and DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS and OIDC integration for secure and scalable pipeline execution.
Large-scale modern or cloud-native application development experience Mobile App Development Knowledge
Qualifications Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale, specifically using GitHub Actions.
Deep understanding of reusable workflows, TypeScript-based GitHub Actions, and Docker-based self-hosted runners.
Proven ability to establish and enforce quality and security gates within CI/CD pipelines.
Experience optimizing GitHub Actions for operational excellence at scale across thousands of repositories.
Strong grasp of GitHub repository settings, branch protections, and PR checks to ensure proper code quality and collaboration.
Experience integrating SonarQube and Artifactory into CI/CD for code analysis and artifact management.
Hands-on experience with AWS and OIDC integration for secure and scalable pipeline execution.
Advanced hands-on with complex Terraform ecosystem
Thought leadership in platform engineering to introduce and apply emerging trends across platforms, tools, techniques, and frameworks
- Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills to interact effectively with app developers and understand their needs.
Ability to foster strong developer relations, provide clear communication, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Experience in planning, work breakdown, creating tech roadmaps, and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Large-scale modern / cloud-native application development experience:
Ability to understand the variety and complex context of custom software application development teams across TMNA (enterprise tech landscape currently supported in the screenshot below)
- Mobile App Development Knowledge:
Familiarity with cross-platform mobile frameworks like Flutter, Ionic, and/or MAUI.
Understanding of native mobile development using Swift and Kotlin. This will enable the contractor to effectively cater pipelines to both approaches.
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until
11/23/2024 The annual salary for this position is between
$80K - $150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
