Job Overview
My client is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant or a trainee with at least 6 months experience that is looking to join a team of professional recruiters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various job positions within their organisation. My client has a strong ethos on creating a working environment which is different to the norm! Responsibilities
- The role will require you to deliver excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone.
- You will have a geographical location full of companies that will benefit from the recruitment service you provide.
- You will develop a candidate database of exceptional people and you will project manage their job search in the local market.
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Targets and a multi-channelled sales-based strategy will be implemented to help you convert and win new business.
- The role is very varied and no two days are the same.
- Meeting and exceeding revenue-based sales targets.
- Making outbound sales calls to local businesses arranging face to face meetings to discuss recruitment solutions.
- Meeting and interviewing candidates.
- Attending Networking events.
- Following structured sales plans.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 however flexible working is offered, you will manage your own day-to-day actions and movements.

Requirements
- Experienced in any sales focused role, working to targets on a daily basis.
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with social media management in a professional context.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
