Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic direction and operational excellence for the outpatient cancer center
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure highest quality patient care outcomes
- Oversee quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and key stakeholders
- Manage departmental budget and resource allocation effectively
- Champion innovative approaches to cancer care delivery and patient experience
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in Montana or ability to obtain
- Healthcare leadership experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
- Track record of successful team building and physician collaboration
- Strong business acumen with experience in healthcare operations
- Experience with quality metrics, regulatory compliance, and accreditation programs
- Evidence of continuing education in leadership development
- Advanced degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field highly valued
