RCS Personnel, LLC - Finance Manager
Location: Houston, Texas
This Finance Manager will provide direction and guidance for the financial team while maintaining flexibility in the work day to address critical requirements as they arise. Use independent judgement and reasoning to support prioritization of key deliverables while generating the highest level of accuracy in the generation of invoicing and financial documents. This person will be responsible for:
- Review/Pay Accounts Payable Invoices
- Subcon Payments
- Time Ticket Acct Review/Corrections
- Invoicing of all departments
- ADP Entry - Payroll Submission
- Payroll ADP Posting / Taxes in Peachtree
- Child Support Checks
- 401K Reporting
- Insurance-Health-Dental Reconciliation
- Signal Monthly Report
- Bank Reconciliation
- Job - Payroll - Expense Accruals
- Review of Job Profits
- Work In Progress (WiP) - Calculation - Peachtree Posting
- UK Monthly Commission Rpt - Posting
- Review of Department P&Ls looking for inconsistencies
- Review of P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts
- GWW Template Completion
- Prophix Report
- GWW Consolidated Report
- Agent Sales Template Report
- Marcas and BSM contract reporting
- Depreciation Schedule
- Insurance Schedule
Qualifications or Skills:
The successful candidate should have the minimum qualifications and/or skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher in Accounting or Financial management; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role and position, with service industry experience.
- Adapt to frequently changing priorities, schedules, and tight timelines.
- Able to follow established procedures.
- Have excellent relationship skills.
- Work individually as well as in a team environment with minimum supervision.
- Organization and time management skills and coaching.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiar with Peachtree Financial software or Sage 50 versions or related.
