Qualis LLC is seeking a Senior Military Analyst to support one of our Space programs in Tampa, FL. As a Program Manager in the Warfighter Integration Cell, the incumbent has the following major duties:
- Incumbent serves as the lead planner and coordinator for all activities and functions within the Central Command Combatant Command Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Directs all program participation in Central Command military exercises and wargames that use and assess PWSA capabilities.
- Lead integrator for incorporating all program capabilities into Central Command OPLANs.
- Responsible for maintaining full currency on details of the program satellite architecture and satellite configurations and capabilities, ground operations, and user equipment/interfaces.
- Supports the User Equipment Segment Manager in implementing and integrating user equipment at Warfighter integration nodes to enable data flow to and from the Warfighter via the PWSA.
- Works closely with the Central Command J8, J2, J3, and other appropriate J Codes to ensure their staffs are aware of and familiar with SDA capabilities and new system deliveries so that the PWSA will be fully incorporated and integrated into all of their planning, force architectures, and operations.
- Frequently briefs key Central Command leadership and Action Officers on all aspects of acquisition and operational activities and capabilities.
- Coordinates visits, agendas, security accesses, office calls, and technical discussions for program leadership visiting various Central Command locations and operations.
- Travels to various locations throughout the Central Command AOR to support PWSA technical discussions, operational integration, and user equipment bed-down. Engages on program's behalf with Service components in the Central Command AOR, including CENTCOM, USARCENT, MARCENT, USSPACEFOR-CENT, SOCCENT and NAVCENT.
- Evaluates reports by analyzing facts and performing appropriate research and prepares detailed responses.
- Determines appropriate recommendations for unresolved or questionable problems and performs follow-up.
- Researches and determines or recommends appropriate actions or interpretation of issues impacting the serviced organizations.
- Prepares and presents high-level briefings of conclusions, many being highly subjective and not readily susceptible to verification until actual operational situations are encountered.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
- This position requires a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Travel may be required.
- Must be able to work with military services in response to legislative directions, funding issues, policy changes, and the impact of these changes.
- Must be able to represent program with a variety of organizations and establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with a variety of high-level offices.
- This position is telework eligible.
- Must be able to meet with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolve significant problems.
