As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) advanced supply chain solutions, Blue Horseshoe is aggressively building our D365 CRM practice. In the D365 CRM Technical Consultant role, you will work with the technical aspects of Microsoft CRM system with regards to Architecture, Enhancements, and Administration. The D365 CRM Technical Consultant will be responsible for making recommendations and creating customized solutions for our clients in the areas of integration, data conversion, and software extensions.

What do we expect?
- Manage resources and deliver project tasks, both external and internal.
- Architect / design CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports.
- Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
- Communicate and document system specifications for clients and team members.
- Supporting technical responses for RFP, RFQ.
- Assist in developing CRM practice and internal training materials.
- Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks.
- Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work.
- Own the responsibility of becoming a SME for certain products and lead delivery initiatives.
- Provide technical support to existing CRM clients.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
Here's What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years Dynamics CRM experience in version 2013 or higher.
- Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Service
- Previous work experience with CRM in a Service Industry preferred, not required.
- Expert knowledge of sales management, marketing and/or customer service business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technically oriented field.
- Programming in SQL or similar database language.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts.
- Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship
