Position OverviewThe Financial Systems Analyst will be a primary support resource in the development, implementation, updating, and maintaining of all financial systems associated with Navistar Financial Company (NFC). This analyst serves as a point of contact and works collaboratively with internal/external partners to ensure systems are designed to support NFC’s Vision. This individual collaborates with International’s other IT teams and system vendors to enhance and improve functionality over time. The Analyst manages a diverse range of functions and tasks, which includes implementation of platform, future release schedules, change control, requirement gathering, release testing, and production processes.

Navistar Financial Company (NFC) is the captive finance company for International Motors, LLC* and the provider of International TM Financial Services.
Responsibilities- Act as a key contributor in the creation, development, deployment, and support of IF’s financial systems.
- Aid in the design of training materials and supports ongoing training to staff for new IF systems or features.
- Support reporting and dashboards needs for business users and leadership.
- Aid in the design and documentation of business processes and workflows.
- Participate in Steering Committee meetings, development groups and strategy sessions with other internal stakeholders to align IF systems offering and output.
- Effectively communicate the priorities, product vision, and requirements to the development team, stakeholders, and customers. Should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance, and sales teams.
- Must be familiar with the Agile development methodologies. Manage product backlog, plan, and conduct sprint reviews, and work effectively with IT development team(s).
- Must be able to define, prioritize, and manage product (Loan/Lease) features and requirements, identify market opportunities, and understand customer needs.
- Must be able to liaison and monitor each phase of the product development cycle. At each iteration, must be a part of the product development review and suggest any changes or improvements on behalf of the customer. Provide feedback to the development team(s) so that they can make necessary modifications to the product features.
- Monitor and work with a sense of urgency with business and IT departments to resolve or spot potential issues and establish the means to mitigate them.
- Support multiple projects and initiatives in all facets of IF systems.
- Deliver superior results through quality execution and best practice adaptation.
- Demonstrate courage, ability, and agility to understand and address organizational transition in real-time; establish expectations for the unexpected.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of financial systems experience
OR
- Master’s degree
- At least 1 year of financial systems experience
OR
- At least 5 years of financial systems experience
Additional Requirements- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
