Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday: Varies depending on the schedule
Sunday: OFF

Responsibilities of the Front Office Associate:

Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and manage incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
Handle patient scheduling efficiently, optimizing appointment slots to ensure smooth patient flow and maximize production.
Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, manage cancellations, and reschedule as necessary to minimize gaps in the schedule.
Develop and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), focusing on patient engagement and brand building.
Track and analyze referral patterns and patient interests.
Identify target partners, markets, and utilize the PCD program.
Develop and implement four annual marketing campaigns for patients, partners, and the community.
Collaborate with marketing committees for current trends and secure team buy-in before launching campaigns, contests, and theme days.
Schedule and coordinate quarterly theme days and school presentations, sponsorships, and events.
