Overview: This position will primarily oversee financial and technical accounting and assist with external financial reporting matters as well as other special projects requested by management throughout the year within the Corporate Accounting department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
- Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience or four (4) years of public accounting is required
- Advanced skills in MS Excel such as complex formulas, vlookups, pivot tables as well as data management and analysis
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong US GAAP and financial accounting experience
- Workiva and Workday experience is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and be methodical in solving problems
- Excellent organizational skills in order to balance multiple projects and competing priorities
- Candidate is reliable and timely
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of the technical and financial accounting processes
- Lead and develop members of the Corporate Accounting department
- Oversee preparation of key financial statements, reports and metrics for executive management
- Participate in the research and documentation of current and proposed accounting literature on the business as well as accounting and financial reporting processes
- Partner with business operations and finance teams to standardize, create, and continuously improve processes
- Support the preparation of Forms 10-Q and 10-K
- Liaison with internal and external auditors

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.
Pay Type: Salaried
Minimum Pay Range: 105,000.00
Maximum Pay Range: 118,000.00
The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
