Job Description
SIXT is seeking a motivated Executive Financial Analyst to support in the administration of P&L activities and enhance the overall control environment as it relates to Operational Staffing needs through strategic modeling and analysis. This candidate will have strong experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and supporting the development of the annual Plan. Key responsibility in providing Senior Leadership with actionable business insights that will drive results and contribute to sustainable EBT growth.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Owning projections and translating financial results into key performance metrics to provide senior Leadership with actionable insights critical to managing current and future Business direction.
- Own and lead Operations Productivity modeling utilizing various tools and platforms to work with counterparts to ensure staffing is optimized for enhanced operational execution.
- Manage Labor and Service (L&S) process for North America end-to-end including quarterly back testing and proactively developing analyses/recommendations to drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts focused on revenue projections, cost analysis, and margin modeling to provide visibility into performance of key strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive expansion business cases to support organizational growth initiatives, including market analysis, financial forecasting, and risk assessment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to ensure Business needs are met.
Qualifications
- Education Level: BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. MBA Preferred.
- Certifications/Licenses: CPA or Finance Certification preferred. 3+ years experience in Finance as an individual contributor.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and translating raw data into financial summaries and actionable insights.
- Proven communication skills with strength in driving organizational change.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
- Provides input into developing the budget.
