What You'll Do:
- Lead our recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, to bringing top talent to our team.
- Manage various HR functions, including onboarding new hires, facilitating new hire orientation, processing HRIS transactions and coordinating team member events.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support our company's mission and values.
- Wear multiple hats and handle diverse HR responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in the human resources, business or related field or three years of relative work experience required.
- Recruitment experience required.
- Human Resources Certification is a plus.
- Work experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Demonstrated competence in various HR functional areas.
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with a diverse group of clients, team and managers.
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, comfortable in presenting.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable learning, using, and teaching new technology.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Works well independently or as part of a team.
- Must possess good logic and excellent critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Pay: $26.50 - $33.50 per hour, depending on experience
