Ray Laethem is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. Ray Laethem has an automotive dealership presence in the Motor City for over 40 years and growing. We are community focused and committed to excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide in depth information on new and pre-owned vehicles through online, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct engaging and informative walk-arounds with customers, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits.
- Follow up on all sales leads and online inquiries within dealership's designated time standard.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by selling and delivering a minimum number of vehicles.
- Complete sales checklist and sales process.
- Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal auto insurance.
- Ability to follow checklist and procedures for efficient and effective sales processes.
