The Clinical Research Nurse plays a pivotal role in the fast-paced, detail-oriented research team. The person in this position will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of various clinical research studies and collaborate closely with our study team from the start-up phase to completion!
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical research setting, be highly motivated with a passion for collaboration as well as the capacity for independent work, and the ability to work on multiple protocols at a time.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Evaluate site feasibility and conduct thorough protocol reviews.
- Implement study protocols, including patient recruitment and screening, informed consent processes, and treatment coordination.
- Manage investigational product accountability and administration, ensuring compliance with study guidelines.
- Collect data, enter case report forms, and resolve queries with accuracy.
- Actively participate in investigator meetings and facilitate site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Strategize and execute solutions to support a growing research program.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Current RN License in the state of Minnesota.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical research coordination experience is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Highly motivated team player with the capacity for independent work on multiple protocols.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Travel is minimal in this role.
