Job Summary: The Property Administrator supports the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of 5 residential locations in Stamford, Connecticut. This role involves tenant relations, follow-up with property maintenance and administrative tasks to ensure the properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations:
- Assist in addressing tenant inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Coordinate lease renewals and manage tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Conduct property tours and assist in the leasing process.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of property operations and tenant interactions.
- Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other communications.
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, lease renewals, and other legal documents.
- Assist in the leasing process, including application processing and lease signing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property vacancies, pricing, and lease terms.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of lease agreements and tenant files.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office-related services.
- Ability to travel between properties as required.
