You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Market life insurance to existing Agency customers and contacts • Cross-sell current Business Insurance customers • Perform needs analysis with potential Life Insurance customers • Present policies in a clear and concise manner and close the sale • Follow up with customers periodically to re-evaluate their policy needs Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Active Life, Health, Accident and HMO license is required or will be acquired in thirty days • License study course will be provided at no cost Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 yearly
