Business Analyst
This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Role Overview:
This role is on the Technology team working on our innovation roadmap which focuses on simplifying our business processes, building more scalable applications, and modernizing our core policy administration system capabilities. The Business Analyst position will gather and document business requirements from business areas requesting system enhancements and validate the quality of those deliverables.
What You’ll Do:
- Translate requirements into clearly defined documents, including project charters and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create alignment on program requirements.
- Solicit business input to refine project scope to deliver desired business value.
- Partner with architects to design solutions that satisfy business requirements.
- Provide quality assurance testing guidance and perform User Acceptance Testing.
- Support Business Leads with the development of roll-out strategy and change management plans.
- Partner with Business Product Owners to define business requirements.
- Troubleshoot platform production issues and business user questions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of Business Analysis, Quality Assurance Testing or related experience.
- Experience with Life Insurance calculations or financial industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred experience: SharePoint, MS Project, SQL, and Agile methodologies.
Travel Requirement: 10%
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $55,000-$80,000. Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes.
