Job Description
As a Condo Insurance Product Management Manager, you’ll be the visionary leading the charge in transforming how we approach condo insurance. Picture yourself as the creative force behind a product that customers not only trust but love. You’ll dive deep into data, uncovering hidden opportunities that others might overlook, and craft strategies that not only boost profitability but also set new standards in the industry that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the charge in designing innovative condo products, setting a clear vision, and collaborating with technology experts to deliver market-changing solutions.
- Dive deep into condo business performance, uncover hidden opportunities, and turn insights into impactful actions.
- Conduct forward-thinking industry and competitor research to shape condo product design and ensure seamless integration with commercial condo association policies.
- Drive product excellence by managing and prioritizing the condo product backlog, maximizing business value, and leveraging stakeholder feedback.
- Set ambitious goals that fuel profitable growth and position the condo product as a market leader. Communicate financial achievements to inspire and align key leaders.
- Leverage product storytelling to amplify product awareness and build enthusiastic support across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to align on strategies and execute with precision. Proactively tackle challenges and barriers, turning obstacles into opportunities for success

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 7+ or more years of experience (Preferred)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Expertise in product, price, underwriting and insurance regulation knowledge, with working knowledge of Allstate Personal Lines rate plans and product offerings
- An advanced knowledge of business in general and multi-dimensional knowledge of industry and company economics
- Develop and/or revise business tactics to support changing business strategies and direction
- Strong people and thought leadership skills; ability to develop, mentor and coach others
- Communication skills combined with the ability to influence others at different levels of leadership
- Ability to consistently achieve superior results
- Ability to measure, evaluate, and act on results (financial and operational)
- Demonstrate and foster a sense of urgency, strong commitment and accountability for achieving results
- Proven ability to effectively network and communicate

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
