What you'll do...
Data and Digital Literacy: Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques, and tools; data analytics. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Articulates the levers that influence data. Ensures data quality and organizes processes information for analysis. Develops and implements technology changes across multiple processes within assigned area of work.
Environmental Protection: Possesses knowledge of environmental policies and procedures; applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations involving the environment. Responsibilities include operating tools for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution, supporting regulatory visits, preparing audit reports, and integrating environmental considerations into process design.
Operational Excellence: Possesses knowledge of organizational processes, root cause analysis techniques, department workflows, SOPs, and OBW processes. Responsibilities include explaining operational functions, clarifying departmental roles, and identifying primary operational functions of the organization.
Partnership & Collaboration: Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, and engagement techniques. Responsibilities include owning project activity delivery, supporting process updates, and solving simple business issues.
Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines and compliance auditing processes. Responsibilities include participating in inspections, ensuring first aid equipment is operational, and maintaining health and safety records.
Asset Protection & Security: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies and environmental laws. Responsibilities include recognizing security breaches, assisting in access control implementations, and maintaining loss prevention records.
EHS Training Delivery: Possesses knowledge of training methodologies. Responsibilities include supporting training program activities and managing feedback solicitation from participants.
Risk Management: Possesses knowledge of risk management processes. Responsibilities include producing risk assessment reports, implementing risk management for assigned areas, and conducting risk assessments.
Process Improvement: Responsibilities include defining critical workflows, identifying process problems, and implementing methods for improving processes.
Influential Communication: Responsibilities include organizing thoughts, presenting to team members, and actively listening to others while providing constructive feedback.
Transportation Operations: Possesses knowledge of transportation laws and safety rules. Responsibilities include ensuring proper completion of transportation documents and monitoring performance metrics.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.
Customer/Member Centered: Focus on the Customer/Member by reviewing customer/member-focused data and adjusting performance to address findings.
Judgment: Use appropriate judgment by identifying and applying policies and procedures to make informed judgments.
Execution and Results: Manage execution and results by holding associates accountable for completing work within expectations and time requirements.

Minimum Qualifications...
Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management; Industrial Hygiene; Environmental Science, Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Option 2: 2 years' experience in the field of Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
2 years' experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (for example Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean Six Sigma) within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications...
1 or More Degreed Certifications (Associate Safety Professional; Loss Prevention Certifications (LPC), Certified Security Professional (CSP)). 2 or more years of investigative experience or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse. Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), and Stock.
