Role Overview: We are seeking an Experienced Government Contracting Capture Analyst to join our team. The Government Contracting Capture Analyst will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support our growth objectives, manage and report critical data, and build a sustainable business pipeline. This role involves data collection, analysis, market research, and providing business development intelligence to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Business Development pipeline
- Conduct market research and analyze new business opportunities
- Review and analyze solicitation documentation (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
- Report findings in daily and weekly reports
- Ensure company profile accuracy in opportunity databases
- Track follow-up actions on opportunities
- Attend industry events and support leadership analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1 year of experience in capture and business development
- 1 Year of Government Contracting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines and multi-task
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands:
- Standard office setting with occasional lifting/carrying up to 15 pounds
- Minimal travel required
