What You’ll Do as a Housing Manager:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver top-tier Safeguarding & Tenancy Sustainment services to our residents.
- Engage and empower residents to manage their homes while ensuring tenancy sustainment and safeguarding principles are embedded in your work.
- Promote community involvement through the application of our community gateway model, giving residents a voice and a stake in their homes.
- Deliver exceptional housing management services that empower our customers to live independently and sustain their tenancies.
- You will have a CIH level 4 or equivalent or be willing to work towards it.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Experience in managing Safeguarding & Tenancy Sustainment, ideally within the social housing sector.
- Expertise in general housing knowledge, with a focus on Safeguarding and Domestic Abuse.
- Strong leadership, management, and team development skills with a focus on performance and change management.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and empowering residents.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present, report, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of housing law, regulatory requirements, and safeguarding practices.
- Experience managing budgets and interpreting complex information to make informed decisions.

- £56,520 annual base salary
- Permanent Full-time Contract
- Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
- Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
