Overview
The Safety Program Analyst provides a wide variety of support functions to the Infrastructure Market Sector Vice President of Safety and several other Safety Directors in the Market Sector. The primary function of the Safety Program Analyst is to develop, analyze and communicate actionable safety-related trending data. Secondary job functions include general support of the Infrastructure group safety team to include training, event support, claims management, training, and safety communications.

Responsibilities
- Safety Reports and Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and distribute custom safety-related reports from various data sources including Power BI and Donesafe.
- Safety Information Management Systems: Teach others to use the various basic functions of Donesafe. Develop, maintain, and analyze safety dashboards for various levels of the organization. Track and report statistical safety performance including company and subcontractor work hours. Respond to requests for statistical leading and lagging indicator performance. Conduct troubleshooting of the Donesafe tool and consult with their customer service reps as necessary. Continue to look for new and innovative ways to use the Donesafe tool and gather and share safety information.
- Injury Case Management: Provide support to projects in interacting with occupational health clinics, 3rd party injury case management partners and employees to assure the appropriate care is received after a work-related injury.
- Insurance Claims Management: Support each service line to gather information on incident claims reconciliation.
- Safety Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs that support the Infrastructure Market Sector and Service Lines.
- Develop Training and Communications Material: Create and edit PowerPoint presentations to support the Infrastructure group and Service Lines. Develop communications for publication within and outside the Market Sector.
- General Safety Team Support: Assist in the preparation of meetings and presentations at remote locations such as offices, projects, and leadership events.
- Safety-related Training: Conduct safety-related training.
- Other duties as requested by the Vice President of Safety for the group.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Safety, or other related field.
- Intermediate experience in schedule management.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in database management, analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate progress, highlight issues, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirements.
- 5 or more years of construction project experience preferred.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
- Fundamental knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Experience conducting training.
