Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a General Maintenance Supervisor in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:
- Provides off hours maintenance support to oversee Safety, Resource Prioritization/Allocation, and Work Planning
- Regularly hold PJB, disposition emergent work, and provide daily status reports to Craft Supervision and the Maintenance Manager
- Works with Plant Engineering to improve equipment reliability
- Regularly holds meetings to review safety, quality, and group performance

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $70,000 - $91,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
